Why/How:

The December 13th incident occurred at about 2:00 p.m. along Bayshore Drive near the Safety Harbor Spa.

On December 17th, 2014, deputies made contact with the suspect at his residence. During the interview the suspect admitted to the crimes.

Morris was subsequently arrested for two-counts Exposure of Sex Organs and one-count Felony Lewd and Lascivious conduct for his exposure in front of the minor. The suspect was transported to the Pinellas County Jail.
