What:
Deputies are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a child that was found in unincorporated St. Petersburg. Deputies have been unable to locate the child’s caregiver. Anyone with information on the child or his caregiver is asked to contact law enforcement immediately.

When:
Deputies located the child at approximately 10:35 a.m. on Wednesday, April 15, 2015.

Where:
The child was located in the area of 71st Street North near 46th Avenue North in unincorporated St. Petersburg.

Why/How:
Deputies are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a child that was found in unincorporated St. Petersburg. Deputies have been unable to locate the child’s caregiver.

Deputies located the 3-year-old child at approximately 10:35 a.m. today in the area of 71st Street North near 46th Avenue North in unincorporated St. Petersburg.

The child refers to himself as either “Colin” or “Collins.”

He is described as a 3-year-old black male. He is wearing a blue, red and white striped shirt and red  shorts.

The child is currently safe and unharmed.

Anyone with information on the child or his caregiver is asked to contact law enforcement immediately.
