The Sheriff’s Citizens Academy Alumni Association (SCA) is a non-profit professional networking association, whose members are graduates of the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Citizens Academy.

The SCA Association’s mission is to network with the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office and support the youth services and programs in our community such as the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Police Athletic League (PAL) and the Sheriff’s Office Christmas Sharing Project, “Ride and Run With the Stars”.

The Alumni Association has their meetings once a month, with the exception of July and August.  At these meetings the Sheriff’s Office presents “Continuing Education” programs along with updates on community issues and concerns. Members learn from Sheriff’s Office speakers about the many aspects of agency operations, investigations, corrections,  policies and procedures.
