The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 25 to 30 years old, approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and 150 pounds.  The suspect has a mustache and pale complexion.  The suspect was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, jeans and gray gardening gloves with black rubber material covering the palms and fingers.   

What:
Detectives assigned to the Robbery/Homicide Unit are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a suspect who robbed several businesses in Clearwater.

When: 
The robberies occurred on Monday, November 21, 2016 at approximately 3:19 a.m., 10:49 a.m. and 11:04 a.m.

Where:
The first robbery occurred at Speedway located at 2185 Drew Street in Clearwater at approximately 3:19 a.m.
The second robbery occurred at JK Food Store located at 2468 Belleair Road in Clearwater at approximately 10:49 a.m.

The third robbery occurred at RS Mini Market Pizzeria Deli located at 2645 S.R. 590 in Clearwater at approximately 11:04 a.m. 

How/Why:
According to detectives, at approximately 3:19 a.m. the suspect entered the Speedway located at 2185 Drew Street in Clearwater.  The robbery suspect implied he had a weapon and took an undisclosed amount of money from the cash register.  This robbery occurred in the Clearwater Police Department’s jurisdiction.

Detectives say the second robbery was an attempted robbery that occurred at approximately 10:49 a.m.  The robbery suspect entered the JK Food Store located at 2468 Belleair Road in Clearwater.  The suspect did not display a weapon or steal any merchandise.  This attempted robbery occurred in Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office jurisdiction.

The third robbery occurred at approximately 11:04 a.m. at the RS Mini Market Pizzeria Deli located at 2645 State Road 590 in Clearwater according to detectives.  The robbery suspect brandished a handgun which was hidden under the sleeve of his jacket and took an undisclosed amount of money from the cash register.  This robbery occurred in the Clearwater Police Department’s jurisdiction.  

The suspect left in what appears to be a light blue or gray colored early 2000 Nissan Sentra with a spoiler.  The vehicle had a flat left front tire.  The vehicle was last seen traveling eastbound on State Road 590 towards McMullen Booth Road.

Detectives describe the suspect as a white male, approximately 25 to 30 years old, approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds.  The suspect has a mustache and pale complexion.  The suspect was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, jeans and gray gardening gloves with black rubber material covering the palms and fingers.
