Row was found safe in Alachua County Florida by an Alachua County sheriff’s deputy.

Row was seen by medical professionals as a precaution and his guardian has been notified of his location.

What:
A Silver Alert has been issued for 95-year-old Roderick Joseph Row, of Palm Harbor. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact local law enforcement immediately.

When:
The man was last seen at about 8:10 p.m., on Sunday, September 22, 2019.

Where:
The man was last seen leaving Mease Countryside Hospital at 3231 McMullen-Booth Road in Safety Harbor.

Why/How:
Deputies have issued a Silver Alert for 95-year-old Roderick Joseph Row, of Palm Harbor.

Deputies say on Sunday, September 22, 2019, at approximately 8:10 p.m., Row left Mease Countryside Hospital, located at 3231 McMullen-Booth Road in Safety Harbor, in a white 2010 Ford Focus with Florida tag # IALA07.

According to deputies, Row left Mease Countryside Hospital after visiting someone and was expected to return to his residence at the Stratford Court senior living center located nearby in Palm Harbor, but he never arrived.

Row is described as a white male, approximately 6’02” tall, 165 lbs., thin build, bald with glasses. Row was last seen wearing a light blue polo shirt and khaki pants.

Row suffers from memory issues and does not have a cellphone.

Row has been entered into FCIC/NCIC as a missing endangered adult. A Silver Alert has been issued.

Anyone with information on Row’s whereabouts is asked to contact local law enforcement immediately.
