Deputies were called to the location at about 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 2, 2020.

Where:
The deceased was discovered approximately 200 yards from the Lighthouse Point Marina, located at 8610 Bay Pines Boulevard in St. Petersburg.

Why/How:
At about 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 2, 2020, deputies responded to a report of boaters finding the body of a deceased adult female floating approximately 200 yards from the Lighthouse Point Marina in St. Petersburg.

Identification of the deceased has not been made.
