The victim is a 15-year-old male. Per Florida Statute 119.071(2)(h)1, no further details will be released that would tend to identify the victim.

PINELLAS COUNTY – Detectives assigned to the Crimes Against Children Unit have arrested 28-year-old Brianna Morris for Lewd and Lascivious Battery.

Detectives began an investigation after they learned of inappropriate conduct occurring between Morris and a 15-year-old male victim. Detectives say text messages, nude photos, and videos depicting Morris and the victim in sexual acts were found on the victim’s cellphone. 

Detectives conducted various interviews and became aware the crime occurred at Morris’s residence in Dunedin between March and May of this year.

On July 9, 2024, Morris was interviewed by detectives and admitted to knowing the victim and would not speak further about the investigation. Morris was taken into custody and transported to the Pinellas County Jail.
