Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance on locating a missing Oldsmar man who left his home on October 31, 2014 at 8:00PM. He is 41 years old and is described as a black male, 5’11, 145 pounds, short black hair and medium build. He was last seen wearing a brown and green t-shirt, jeans and flip flops.

Keith has been entered as missing into the FCIC/NCIC database.

According to detectives the disappearance is not considered suspicious in nature. He may be suffering from a mental illness and in need of medication.
