Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, AFIS Division is located at 4645 145th Avenue North, Clearwater, FL 33762 Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PCSO provides fingerprinting services at no cost or residency requirement. PCSO offers both ink and LiveScan fingerprinting services (see restrictions for LiveScan services below). PCSO can only provide LiveScan (electronic) printing for: Concealed weapon licenses Pinellas County name change applications Pinellas County home solicitation permits Individuals interested in having fingerprints taken, at the request of the potential employer, should bring with him/her the fingerprint card provided by the prospective employer. The card has coding on it to direct results back to that employer. The PCSO does not provide these cards. Do not sign this card in advance and be sure to use black ink when filling out the card. You will also need to bring a photo ID. The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office does not provide this service for immigration and naturalization purposes.
