Why/How:

On February 1, 2015 Crimes Against Children Detectives arrested a Clearwater man, Ronald Salle, for one count of Lewd & Lascivious Battery.

On February 1, 2015 Detectives made contact with a female victim who advised Salle had battered her. The 13 year old victim stated the 21 year old, Salle, kissed her mouth and neck then held his hand over her mouth while he touched her. The incident occurred on February 1, 2015 between 4:00 AM and 5:00 AM at a private residence in Clearwater.

During interviews with detectives, Salle admitted the victim was not a willing participant in the incident and he had asked her not to tell anyone. Salle was arrested on February 1, 2015 at 10:39 PM and charged with Lewd & Lascivious Battery.

The investigation continues.
