Detectives have advised that 61-year-old Constance "Connie" Palmer of St. Petersburg, has been found by her family, and is safe in St. Petersburg. Connie was in the process of being brought home.

Description: White female, 5’5” tall, 100 lbs, with shoulder length brown hair.

What:
Pinellas detectives are requesting the public's help to locate a missing endangered adult.

When:
The woman was last seen at approximately 11:30 a.m. on September 10, 2015.

Where:
She was last seen leaving the Long Leaf Assisted Living Facility located at 3935 43rd Avenue N, in unincorporated St. Petersburg.

Why/How:
Pinellas detectives are requesting the public's help to locate a missing endangered adult.

According to detectives, 61-year-old Constance "Connie" Palmer was last seen leaving the Long Leaf Assisted Living Facility on foot, the morning of September 10, 2015.

Detectives say that Palmer mentioned that she was walking to her sister’s home which is near the assisted living facility. Palmer also indicated that she would be visiting the local post office.

At about 9:58 p.m. that same day, ALF employees contacted the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office because Palmer hadn’t returned home.

Palmer has been entered into the NCIC/FCIC database as a Missing Endangered Adult.

Detectives say that Constance Palmer is about 5'5" tall and weighs approximately 100 pounds. She has brown shoulder length hair and she was last seen wearing a white shirt, white pants, and white sneakers. She was also carrying a brown handbag.

Palmer is without her prescribed medication.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact their local law enforcement immediately.
