What:
Detectives assigned to the Robbery/ Homicide Unit are seeking the public’s assistance to provide information or identify potential witnesses in the disappearance of 48-year-old, Raymond “Scott” Rupp. 

When:
Scott Rupp has been missing since June 15, 2012.

Where:
Scott Rupp was last seen at the Harbor Club Downs Condominiums located at 455 US Hwy 19 Alternate, Apartment #259, Palm Harbor, Florida.  

Why/How:
Detectives assigned to the Robbery/ Homicide Unit are seeking the public’s assistance to provide information or identify potential witnesses in the disappearance of 48-year-old, Raymond “Scott” Rupp. 

Rupp was last seen alive on June 15, 2012.

At the time of his disappearance, Rupp and his roommate 37-year-old Robert “Bobby” Worden resided together at the Harbor Club Downs Apartments located at 455 US Alternate 19, Apartment #259, in Palm Harbor, Florida.  

Worden left Florida shortly after Rupp’s disappearance and moved to the Van Buren/ Ft. Smith area of Arkansas from February 2013- August 2015. Worden was recently extradited back to Florida for grand theft and uttering forged checks that belonged to Scott Rupp. 

Pinellas detectives are seeking information from anyone who may have had contact with or knew Robert “Bobby” Worden.

Pinellas detectives are also trying to identify an associate of Worden’s who may have information about this case. Worden’s associate is described as being a tall white male, balding, missing some teeth, with an eagle tattooed on his shoulder. The eagle’s wings are made of the United States flag. Worden associated with this subject in the Van Buren, Arkansas area. The actual business they were together at was “Ken’s Stop-and-Shop”, located at 712 Broadway Street, Van Buren Arkansas, 72956.
