What:
Detectives assigned to the Robbery/Homicide Unit are seeking the public’s assistance in locating two armed robbery suspects who robbed a Quick Food Store.

When: 
The robbery occurred at approximately 8:37 p.m. on Tuesday, December 15, 2015.

Where:
The robbery occurred at the Quick Food Store located at 7539 46^th Avenue North,  in unincorporated St. Petersburg.

How/Why:
Detectives assigned to the Robbery/Homicide Unit are seeking the public’s assistance in locating two armed robbery suspects who robbed a Quick Food Store in unincorporated St. Petersburg.

According to detectives, the suspects entered the Quick Food Store located at 7539 46^th Avenue North, in unincorporated St. Petersburg, at approximately 8:37 p.m. on Tuesday, December 15, 2015.

Once inside the convenient store, one of the suspects walked up to the store clerk, pointed a silver handgun at him and demanded money. The suspect was given cash.

Both suspects fled from the convenient store on foot in a northbound direction from the back of the business.

Suspect #1 is described as a white male, approximately 5’7” tall, 140 lbs., with a black balaclava mask covering his head with a white or light colored emblem on the forehead. He was last seen wearing a black leather jacket, tan cargo shorts, white athletic shoes, black ankle socks, and white gloves. He was also carrying a silver handgun. 

Suspect #2 is described as a white male, approximately 5’9” tall, 160 lbs., with a white t-shirt covering his head. He was last seen wearing a black zip up style hooded sweatshirt, baggy blue jeans, white gloves, and white shoes.

Detectives say that these two suspects may also be related to the armed robbery at the Regions Bank that occurred on December 17, 2015, at 9701 Starkey Road in unincorporated Largo. (See news release #15-290). Detectives have released a facial composite of the armed gunman who they say robbed the Regions Bank (see below).

The suspect is believed to have darker colored eyes than the subject shown in the composite, shorter hair, and dark facial hair growth. Subject may be related to this robbery.
