According to deputies, the victim 72-year-old Robert Martin, visited the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Tampa, on Wednesday, January 11, 2016. At about 3:45 p.m., Martin drove home from the casino to his residence located at 11620 Oak Avenue North in unincorporated Seminole.
