The female victim was 15 years of age when the incidents occurred. Per Florida Statute 119.071, no further information will be released that would tend to identify the victim.

What: 
Detectives arrested a Dunedin woman for two counts of Lewd & Lascivious Molestation. 

When: 
The incidents occurred at a residence in Pinellas County between August 1, 2014 and April 1, 2015. 

The suspect was arrested on June 12, 2019.

The incidents occurred at a residence in Pinellas County. 

Why/How: 
Detectives arrested a Dunedin woman for two counts of Lewd & Lascivious Molestation. 

The investigation began on March 25, 2019, after the 19 year old victim informed the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office of inappropriate sexual contact by a known subject that began in 2014. 

Detectives say the victim reported that Matuszek, who was 28 years old at the time, was the victim's church youth leader at the Clearwater Community Church. At the time, it was not uncommon for youth leaders to spend time with their groups outside of the church setting. 

The victim, who was 15 years old at the time, said Matuszek spent the night in the victim's bed on two separate occasions. Each time Matuszek kissed the victim's face, rubbed and caressed the victim's arms, body, and breast area over her clothing. 

The victim alleged there were additional incidents that occurred outside of Pinellas County. These incidents will be investigated by the appropriate law enforcement agencies. 

Detectives say Matuszek no longer attends the Clearwater Community Church. 

On June 12, 2019, Matuszek was interviewed by detectives at the Sheriff's Administration Building located at 10750 Ulmerton Road, Largo. 

Detectives say Matuszek admitted to the allegations occurring in Pinellas County. 

Matuszek was arrested and transported to the Pinellas County Jail without incident. 

Matuszek was charged with two felony counts of Lewd & Lascivious Molestation.
