Investigators say Guy Silvestro has been located. He was involved in a vehicle crash earlier in Hillsborough County and is recovering at the hospital.

The Silver Alert has been cancelled.

What:
A Silver Alert has been issued for 63-year-old Guy J. Silvestro, of unincorporated Clearwater. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact local law enforcement immediately.

When:
The man is believed to have left his residence sometime Saturday morning, October 24, 2020.

Where:
The man was last seen driving near Wesley Chapel in Pasco County at about 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 24, 2020.

Why/How:
Deputies have issued a Silver Alert for 63-year-old Guy J. Silvestro, of unincorporated Clearwater.

Deputies say his roommate reported him missing on the evening of Saturday, October 24, 2020 after Silvestro never returned home after being gone all day.

According to deputies, Silvestro left his residence on Saturday morning, October 24, 2020 driving his 1998 Toyota Corolla 4-door with a black hood with Florida tag #JPCL02.

Deputies advise Silvestro recently suffered a stroke and has memory issues.

Silvestro is described as a white male with a heavy build, 6’0” tall, 280 lbs., with gray hair and a beard. He was last seen wearing a black dress shirt, red shorts and black shoes.

Silvestro was last known be driving his car in the area of Wesley Chapel in Pasco County at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 24, 2020.

Silvestro has been entered into FCIC/NCIC as a missing endangered adult. A Silver Alert has been issued.

Anyone with information on Silvestro’s whereabouts is asked to contact local law enforcement immediately.
