Director Nancy W. Duggan grew up in Pinellas County. After graduating from Dunedin High School she attended the University of South Florida were she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Public Finance. Prior to starting with the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, Nancy worked for the City of Dunedin for 27 years specializing in Budgeting, Finance and Human Resources. While at the City Nancy returned to the University of South Florida to work on a degree in Human Resources Management.

In 2013 she joined the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office as the Director of Human Resources. She also has a certificate in Public Pension Plan Administration from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits and has been certified as an EEO investigator.
